Project Designer: Mixed Use

We seek a Project Designer who is an active listener and can effectively lead interdisciplinary teams and clients to successful, conceptually-based design solutions. As a Project Designer, you will influence a myriad of project types especially dense, urban mixed use starting in concept design using a combination of tools from hand-sketching to Building Information Modeling.
Qualified candidates have approximately 8-15 years of experience, have mixed-use and high rise expertise, are registered architects and hold, or aspire to obtain, LEED® accreditation. Membership and leadership in professional organizations such as AIA, NAIOP, ULI and CNU is desirable. Candidates must have the ability and technical expertise to provide design leadership from conception to occupancy, collaborating with other team members, clients and contractors throughout a project’s duration. Required are excellent graphic, written, verbal and presentation skills; strong concept design; zoning and land use coordination; site and feasibility analysis; and ideal proficiencies including freehand sketching, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp.
