IT Support Specialist

Mithun seeks a personable, self-driven IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to our creative team of designers across two offices. You have a range of responsibilities from hardware and software support to deployment of new workstations and software. As a part of a fun, collaborative IT team, this role is the front line when it comes to hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Positive and service-oriented
  • Prior experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk environment
  • Well developed troubleshooting skills (Microsoft Windows, Office 365, PC/Laptops)
  • General knowledge of virtual/physical servers and networking (Windows Server, Vmware, SAN storage)
  • Ability to prioritize issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
