Mithun seeks a welcoming, personable, versatile, customer service-focused professional to represent the firm as the first face and voice to guests and callers, covering M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Additional responsibilities includes a wide range of administrative support from data entry to travel arrangements for leaders, marketing, project teams and the firm as a whole as well as liaising with supply vendors, delivery services and property management.  Software proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel are required.  InDesign, Photoshop and Deltek are highly desired.  Sitting for extended periods of time as well as the ability to lift up to 15 pounds are part of the role.  Experience in a receptionist and administrative assistant role with high call volume and heavy client/customer contact is sought.
