Project Manager: Creative Workplace

Mithun is looking for a collaborative, creative and multi-faceted Project Manager to join us. Our Project Managers are key in leading the design process and are critical stewards of the design, while also managing additional functions such as contract agreements, fees, schedule, budgets and the project team.

Qualified candidates have a degree in architecture or interior architecture, and hold, or aspire to obtain, a license and LEED® accreditation. Leadership and depth of experience as a Project Manager with innovative, complex tenant improvement and tech sector build-to-suit workplace design projects are sought. Ideal candidates have a passion for sustainability, a rigorous pursuit of excellence and a high degree of modernist design sensitivity. Other attributes include effective communication and listening, building engaging client relationships, efficient team management and a keen marketing aptitude. Proficiency with MS Office, Revit, InDesign and Deltek Vision are ideal for quick integration and being a nimble team leader.
