Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus is the first new university campus in the world to be built sustainably from the ground up, featuring full cycle water recycling, net positive energy production, and zero waste operations. The new campus, located just outside of Pittsburgh, is meant to exemplify Chatham’s commitment to sustainability and environmentalism.

Mithun Partner Deb Guenther will participate in “Innovations and Lessons Learned: New Net Positive Energy Campus” at Greenbuild with Peter Walker, Dean of the Falk School of Sustainability at Chatham University and Hormoz Janssens, Managing Principal at Interface Engineering. Panelists will share detailed information and insights that have been gained from the design, construction and operations phases, with candid lessons learned and discussion of ongoing challenges.
