CitiesAlive brings people together to discuss benefits and strategies of green roof and wall design, installation and maintenance. This year, the conference will celebrate the Pacific Northwest and explore the science behind green roof and wall performance, technology and design through the lens of the different climates and cities within the Cascadia.

Mithun partner Deb Guenther will be sharing Mithun’s approach to design for resilience at “In the Design Studio With…” She will explore projects like the Louisiana Children’s Museum at City Park in New Orleans and the Sun Valley Ecodistrict in Denver, both which include neighborhood-scale stormwater design, local food production as a cultural touchstone and extensive community engagement to help inform design.
