The American Institute of Architects, Silicon Valley Chapter presents AI.18, the Architectural Intelligence Conference, to inspire and inform architects and allies aimed at building a better Silicon Valley. In “Women in Leadership on Equity and Practice,” leaders from small and large practices across the country will share strategies for benchmarking equity and challenging pay gaps, as well as approaches that incorporate staff at all levels in efforts to design an equitable future.
Mithun partner Anne Torney will participate in the panel discussion with Mary-Jean Eastman, founding partner at Perkins Eastman, and Janet Tam, principal at Noll & Tam. Angshupriya Pathak, chair of AIA Silicon Valley Women in Architecture Committee, will moderate.
