Join Mithun partner Erin Christensen Ishizaki for “Health Equity at Scale: The Ultimate Measure of Success” to learn how health research and inclusive engagement can translate into responsive, evidence-based actions for communities, developers, and designers to improve everyday human experience. This session will focus on 10+ years of experience implementing the Healthy Living Initiative (HLI) holistic approach and how health promotion practice is evolving to address equity and the loneliness epidemic. Using the Sun Valley EcoDistrict as a case study, this session will introduce the HLI framework for how the district, infrastructure, buildings, programs, and operations can all improve healthy living and resilience. Erin will share how methods and partnerships have changed—to include health equity analysis, integrated design and health analytics, and social cohesion strategies—to create systems-level change and maximize impact.
