That statement is our rallying cry, the thing that keeps us up at night, and the idea around which we all work. Mithun is committed to creating beautiful, vibrant cities that are smart about resources and conservation. We take a proactive role in making the world a better place. We listen, clearly formulate ideas, collaborate, and always aspire to give back more than we take from the environment.
We believe that practicing architecture responsibly also means measuring your own carbon footprint. Since 1998, we’ve worked to offset our greenhouse gas emissions and reduce our output annually. Our culture encourages sustainable lifestyles: recycling, alternative transportation for commuting and reducing personal energy consumption, even at home.
Ten years from now, Mithun will have the same core values about who we are as designers. We’ll be leading integrated teams in a creative process to achieve our clients’ visions. We’ll be working to make design discoveries that connect the human spirit with the natural world. We’ll still be developing new knowledge.
