Project Architects / Project Managers

Mithun is creating high-density, innovative, urban residential/retail spaces and livable pedestrian- and transit-oriented cities. We seek talent who share our passions of sustainability and building vibrant urban residential and mixed-use spaces to join our team.
Ideal candidates have a high degree of technical knowledge in construction types most often employed in urban projects, including Type V, Type I high-rise and Type II living spaces. An excellent knowledge of all construction types is a strong plus. Projects range from affordable housing and market rental housing, to mid-rise and high-rise apartments throughout our urban centers.
Qualified candidates have a minimum of 10 years experience, a degree in architecture, and holding, or aspirations to obtain, a license and LEED® accreditation. Candidates will have excellent skills in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign and other 3-D modeling programs, as well as a good grasp of feasibility studies and design work from concept to occupancy.
