Senior Project Manager

Mithun is looking for a highly collaborative, creative and multi-faceted Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position requires demonstrated management leadership with high design sensitivity, 10+ years multiple-typology experience and successes with implementing sustainable principles on projects. Although based in San Francisco, the role supports the firm as a whole, including teams in Seattle. The flexibility to be hands on from Marketing to CA is essential to our small, but growing San Francisco office.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of market forces and marshalling them to create success for developers, stakeholders, jurisdictional entities, users, and the environment especially with projects in California and San Francisco Bay area markets. Your innovative thinking will promote an interdisciplinary approach to achieve vibrant, livable, economically successful, and ecologically sound new buildings, communities, and places. Qualifications must include extensive experience in team management, client relationships, and communication. Knowledge of AutoCAD is required with Photoshop, SketchUp and Revit skills desired. Architectural registration is required in addition to holding or working towards LEED® accreditation. Membership and leadership in professional organizations such as AIA, NAIOP, ICSC, ULI, and SPUR is desired. Flexibility to travel is required. Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
