A registered architect with 18 years of experience, Ben is a skilled manager and designer specializing in urban, multifamily and student housing, and mixed-use buildings. He is deft with early feasibility studies and program analysis, and brings creative problem solving to all phases of design and construction. As project manager, he ensures efficient progress through thoughtful communications, forging strong team relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and peers. Ben excels at partnering with the contractor and client on complex design-build projects, ensuring the smooth incorporation of myriad details and participants to create a shared vision early in the design process.
