Mosler Lofts

Overview

Offering environmental quality as an urban lifestyle choice, Mosler Lofts promotes downtown Seattle’s transition to a 24/7 live/work community. The site’s busy corner is enhanced by a pedestrian scale green street with five townhouses accessed from the sidewalk through private terraces, almost 6,000 sf retail space, and a lobby entrance to the residential tower. The 12-story residential tower features one and two-bedroom units with natural ventilation, 10-foot ceilings and windows that maximize natural light, low VOC finishes, and a green roof that filters rainwater while providing a gathering place. This contemporary, sustainable project was 90 percent sold within the first six months.

Mosler Lofts is Seattle’s first LEED® Silver certified and 3-star BuiltGreen rated condominium.
