Rail~Volution 2011: ETOD - Focusing Employment Near Transit

Bert Gregory will speak on a panel at the 2011 Rail~Volution Conference to discuss opportunities surrounding employment focused transit-oriented development, the case for jobs-based versus residential anchor tenants and public-private partnerships. Using the public-private partnership of Baltimore’s State Center TOD as a case study, Bert will discuss the role of a job-based anchor tenant as a catalyst for transit oriented development.
