SPUR Lunchtime Forum: Understanding 68-foot Buildings
11.28.2011 San Francisco, CA @ 12:30pm
Roger Gula discusses the design process and construction benefits of building 68- and 70-foot buildings in a lunchtime forum hosted by SPUR. While a vast area of the Eastern Neighborhoods Area Plans are zoned for 68-foot height limits, it is still not a common height for buildings in San Francisco. Join Roger as he discusses his past experience designing buildings with 68-foot height limits in a conversation co-presented with the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition and the San Francisco Chapter of the AIA.
