Sustainable Communities in the West – Challenges on the Edge

On Thursday, November 5, 2:45-4:00 there will be a panel discussion – Sustainable Communities in the West –Challenges on the Edge:
How will the increasing focus on climate change and sustainability inform master-planned communities at the edge? Regional concepts developed by 60 of the West’s brightest will be presented, and discussed in light of rapid changes occurring in economics, climate change, policy and demographics. An outlook towards emerging concepts and potential opportunities coming out of the current downturn and into the next stage of growth will conclude the discussion.
