Building Equity at Yesler Terrace
Anthem on 12th
Revitalizing Yesler Terrace
Located directly along the First Hill Streetcar line, Anthem on 12th provides a gateway presence to the redeveloping Yesler Terrace neighborhood. The mixed-use project incorporates ground-level, neighborhood-scale retail and amenity space with five floors of apartments, and two levels of parking hidden behind the retail frontage.
Community and Quality of Life
The design redefines healthy, sustainable living in Seattle while contributing to a vibrant community. Large windows in each unit maximize daylighting. The landscaped roof features excellent views, and amenities including areas for gathering, entertaining and dogs.
New Workforce Housing
Together with related buildings Decibel and Reverb, Anthem on 12th delivers urban density and affordable housing close to our region’s largest employment center and within walking distance to transit. The project contributes toward the Mayor’s target of providing 50,000 new homes in the next decade, including 20,000 affordable housing units for people making 60% AMI.
