Overview
Mithun is currently designing this 311,345 sf, 12-story, mixed-use building on 200 Occidental Avenue adjacent to Occidental Park. Located at the heart of Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, the building will include street-level retail, 80 apartment units, 130,000 sf of office space, and a rooftop amenity space and terrace. The diverse program reflects 200 Occidental’s urban character with a modern, deep green design featuring materials and technology that enlivens its context while remaining compatible with this treasured historic district of Seattle.
