Corporate Office Tenant Improvement

A large Seattle-based coffee company needed space for a growing division within an historic building in Seattle’s Pioneer Square. The custom design, part of the LEED® Core and Shell pilot program (LEED-CS), strikes a balance between private work spaces and public meeting areas. “Hoteling” spaces for contract and temporary employees provide optimum flexibility. Mithun achieved a smooth and successful permitting process that enabled the project to be on time and on budget.
