Overview

This new sustainably designed community embraces Kisco’s "Art of Living Well" philosophy as part of every aspect of community life. Designed to LEED Gold standards, the master plan supports the continued growth of residents’ daily experiences through a design enriched by responsiveness to the sun, wind, climate and ecology unique to the rolling hills of San Diego. There is a strong relationship on indoor/outdoor connections with courtyards and expansive views. Indigenous materials will be used to recall the site’s agricultural roots.
