Overview

The 12-story residential tower features one and two-bedroom units with natural ventilation, 10-foot ceilings and windows that maximize natural light, low VOC finishes, and a green roof that filters rainwater while providing a gathering place. This contemporary, sustainable project was 90 percent sold within the first six months.
