MITHŪN

Overview

This eight-acre, South Basin site is the home of shs.com’s (now Accu-Med Systems) 60,000 sf corporate campus. The campus is used for software research and development and administrative offices. Included on the site is general office space, a data tower, an exercise facility, a childcare center, common spaces, parking, and landscaping. The site required remediation of environmental issues to address existing contamination which was threatening the site as a future workplace. Mithun conducted an extensive visioning process as a precursor to campus planning. A long term master plan and a plan for a temporary move were also completed by Mithun. The results of this visioning drove the programming analyses.
