MITHŪN

Overview

At its completion in 1914, this office tower was the tallest structure in the world outside of New York City. Mithun was commissioned to bring the 42-story Seattle landmark into the 21st century through the design of additional office square footage and upgrading of the seismic, structural, electrical, mechanical, and communications systems throughout the office tower. Now this Class A office space competes with the technology of the newly constructed highrises.
