Overview

Stadium Center is a new eco-champion neighborhood development by Urban Visions that connects Pioneer Square with the Stadium District in south downtown Seattle. A vibrant mixed-use project designed to catalyze sustainable urban living in an area poised for growth, it features two million square feet of commercial and residential space targeting LEED® Gold certification. Goals include an on-site energy plant, abundant open space for maximum daylight and ventilation, wastewater management, energy harvesting and landscape design to promote regeneration of habitat for birds and bees.
