Thea’s Landing
Overview
Thea’s Landing heralds the beginning of a planned urban renaissance along the Thea Foss Waterway in downtown Tacoma. This former urban brownfield site now unites the urban core to the harbor with 337,250 residential square feet. Thea’s Landing is a key catalyst for further development of Tacoma’s emerging cultural and museum district. Where no housing market had ever existed, the project has successfully introduced an architecturally diverse urban housing development.
