Overview
Thornton Place is shaping up as a town center for North Seattle. Built atop two levels of underground parking, this mixed-use project features over 50,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. The housing units consist of several distinct types including market-rate apartments, low-income apartments and condominiums. The site design is pedestrian-friendly, creating a community-focused environment strategically oriented toward the proposed Thornton Creek drainage channel improvements project by Seattle Public Utilities and a large public plaza that border the property.
