Overview

Mithun is working with a private developer on a visioning study for three transit-oriented development parcels along the west edge of South Lake Union. This seminal project, which incorporates a potential upzone of the property, will feature three high performance high-rise residential towers. The development offers significant public benefit by providing a large open space system, as well as new pedestrian connectivity between Queen Anne, South Lake Union and the potential streetcar extension along Westlake Avenue.
