Project Manager: Multi-Family Housing

Seattle

Mithun is looking for a highly collaborative, multi-faceted and hands-on Project Manager with 10+ years’ experience to join our team. You will lead complex and sustainable projects of all scales—primarily urban, transit-oriented, mixed-use projects featuring multi-family housing. This includes an understanding of urban housing, creative office space, neighborhood-contributing retail and construction systems of concrete, steel, wood frame and windowwall along with knowledge of cross laminated timber technology.

The ideal candidate has high design sensitivity and a clear understanding of market forces with the ability to marshal them to create success for developers, stakeholders, jurisdictional entities, users and the environment. Your holistic thinking will promote an interdisciplinary approach to achieve vibrant, livable, economically successful and ecologically sound new buildings, communities and places. Qualifications include architectural registration, excellent organization, ability to multi-task, effective communication and listening, efficient team management, experience navigating entitlements and building engaging client relationships. Proficiency with MS Office, Revit and InDesign is preferred.

Our goal is not just good intentions but real impact for the people, communities and clients we serve. This is an ongoing process that we approach with an attitude of inquiry and openness.
