Roger is a spirited and creative design leader and project manager at Mithun with an ability to create beautiful design solutions within challenging project constraints. His recent work has focused on corporate workplaces and urban housing, including developer driven mixed use and student housing projects. Roger is a great listener, and is able to help clients quickly achieve their goals through creative and cost effective design solutions.

As an avid historian and student of urban design, Roger believes in the power of integrated design to help create healthy, livable and walkable cities that support diverse and dynamic communities. Involved with the ACE Mentor program working with high school students for nearly a decade, he was founder of Action: Better City in Seattle and is an active member of SPUR in San Francisco.
