Associate Principal Lynn McBride will explore perspectives about what motivates design professionals to join a firm, remain committed and assume increasing levels of leadership at Attracting and Retaining Talent. Panelists will also discuss the role that professional development plays in encouraging professionals to remain dedicated to a firm and its culture. Lynn will be joined by representatives from Harley Ellis Devereaux, Gould Evans and ELS Architecture and Urban Design.
