Erin Christensen Ishizaki is co-chairing Session 4: Healthy Communities for the ULI NW Center for Sustainable Leadership. Participants will be challenged to examine the influence that real estate, design, and policy have on individual and community health, and to take action to maximize positive health outcomes through their work. This session includes in-depth discussion with developers, designers, green building professionals, and researchers on how to build healthy places and measure success.

The ULI Northwest’s Center for Sustainable Leadership is an initiative aimed at cultivating innovators in the built environment, including real estate, land use and transportation. Meeting over the course of a year, participants engage with industry experts, local executives, and national thought leaders on the Puget Sound region’s most pressing issues
