Join Mithun partner Bill LaPatra for “The Quad-radical Formula—High Performance Student Living” to explore the context and factors that have supported densification at University of California, Irvine (UCI). This session will share how UCI has responded and case studies—including the recently completed Middle Earth Towers—as well as practices from other contexts, and how other campuses have experienced and responded to densification.
