University of California, Irvine (UCI) Middle Earth Towers student housing received two honors in the Design-Build Institute of America’s (DBIA) Western Pacific Region 2020 Annual Design-Build Awards Competition. The project won both the Design Excellence Award and the Regional Award.
Congratulations to the University of California, Irvine and our design-build partner, Hensel Phelps! This exceptional team was also recognized by DBIA WPR for design-build excellence on the Mesa Court Towers living-learning community in 2017.
