Join Mithun partner Dorothy Faris for “Cultivating a Design Culture That Nurtures and Inspires,” to hear approaches from design leaders at three firms of very different sizes and participate in a shared conversation to exchange ideas. Discussion will include formal programs and activities that are tools to foster an inclusive design culture, from mentoring to leadership styles and career paths.
