Join Mithun partner Anne Torney for “Design to Define: What Makes a Great, Livable City?” to explore the role of design in rethinking civic ecosystems and in redefining spaces to make great, livable and thriving cities. This session will bridge local insights with national perspectives on urban design, sustainability and technology. The conversation series produced by IdeaSF invites diverse thinkers and members of City government to ignite lively discussions and calls to action on topics such as AI, medicine, public/private partnerships and the future of philanthropy.
Anne’s co-panelists include San Francisco director of Citywide Planning Division Rachael Tanner, blink!LAB lead architect June Grant, and fabricator and producer Adam Savage. Ideas Collaborative principal Jonathan Moscone will moderate.
