Sean brings 40 years of experience in architecture and project management to successful project delivery. His body of work ranges from complex infrastructure and industrial developments with public clients — including new buildings at Terminal 91 with the Port of Seattle, Longfellow Starts Here for Seattle Public Utilities and King County’s Brightwater Wastewater Treatment Plant — to urban high-rise senior living at Horizon House.

Within the practice, Sean is a sustainable design leader directing the firm’s calculations to verify and maintain carbon neutral operations, as well as the creation of and updates to Build Carbon Neutral, a free, online embodied carbon calculator. A committed bicycle commuter, he initiated Mithun’s participation in Bike Everywhere Month and is a former co-chair of the Seattle Bicycle Advisory Board. Sean currently serves as co-chair of the Research Guided by Patients Committee of the RUNX-1 Research Program.
