His familiarity with regulatory requirements, community engagement techniques, and funding processes is a valuable asset for his clients.

Doug is an expert in transit oriented development, working with real estate advisors, developers, public agencies, and the community to develop win-win strategies for successful redevelopment. His background in brownfield, marina and waterfront development, helps clients achieve success by synthesizing programmatic goals with the protection of sensitive natural environments. Additionally, Doug’s broad depth of experience in retail, commercial, mixed use, affordable housing, office, hospitality, parks and master planning gives Doug a unique background for a wide range of projects.
