LESS IS MORE is a special event discussing the rapid rise of the low carbon economy. As a signatory of the C40 Cities agreement, the City of Los Angeles is committed to halving its carbon emissions by 2030. Running parallel to this effort, tenants are demanding spaces that reflect their values and minimize harm to the environment.

Join Mithun associate principal Simone Barth for “Less is More: Building the Low Carbon Future” to hear from industry leaders about best practices for measuring, reducing and sequestering carbon in new building construction.

Simone will moderate discussion by a panel of experts including Google global carbon program manager Joel Cesare, Skanska USA senior director of sustainability Stacy Smedley, Hathaway Dinwiddie sustainability manager Jessie Buckmaster and ARUP principal Erin McConahey.
