Now complete, the mixed-use building with 127 permanently affordable homes demonstrates how affordable housing can be a vehicle for multiple benefits in the service of equity, sustainability and social connection.
Join Mithun senior associate Mary Telling and associate Mariel Steiner for “Layers of Listening in Affordable Housing Design,” a special event incorporating a building tour and panel discussion exploring the history of the site, how the community vision was honored through all phases of the project, and resulting community-serving features of Casa Adelante at 2060 Folsom. Additional panelists include PODER organizational director Antonio Diaz and Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) deputy director of community real estate Elaine Yee.
