The AIA Housing and Community Development (HCD) and AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) collaborative webinar brings together expertise in equitable housing and sustainable design to foster dialogue around the intersection of community impact and climate action.
Join Mithun partner Anne Torney for “Affordable Housing AIA COTE Top Ten Awards,” a panel presentation that will highlight the last three affordable housing winners of the COTE Top Ten Award: Coliseum Place (2025), Casa Adelante (2024) and Pacific Landing (2023). Panelists will discuss strategies for setting and achieving ambitious sustainability goals with clients, and how their projects advance climate performance and equity, despite operating within tight resource constraints.
