Join Mithun partner Anne Torney for “Women Reclaiming and Reshaping SF’s Eastern Waterfront,” an immersive program of insider presentations and tours exploring the city’s eastern waterfront where an empty expanse of rail yards and parking lots is being transformed into thriving residential, business, campus research and sports/entertainment hubs. Attendees will learn from the developers, designers and entrepreneurs who are shaping a dynamic mixed-income community through intentional design, bold planning and innovative public-private partnerships. Anne will lead a tour of 400 China Basin, 148 affordable condominium units for middle income home ownership, with Curtis Development founder Charmain Curtis.
Anne and Charmaine’s co-presenters are Mercy Housing California president Tiffany Bohee, City and County of San Francisco director of real estate Sally Oerth, PTA’s Roselie Ledda, KHCD’s Kristen Hall, Prologis’ Genevieve Cadwalader and Nemson LLC’s Terezia Nemeth.
