Join Mithun partner Erin Christensen Ishizaki for “Inside the Report – ‘Fostering Equity & Wellness: The Path to a Thriving Workplace Culture’”, to hear a deep dive into Living Future’s latest Ecotone publication. The 2025 JUST report explores the transformative journey toward organizational equity and a thriving workplace culture, making the business case that prioritizing people and the workplace environment is not only essential for our well-being but also a forward-thinking business strategy. This session brings together the report’s author, as well as equity champions from four of the trailblazing organizations featured within the report: Mithun, Side x Side, BranchPattern and Neumann Monson Architects. Attendees will hear firsthand insights and stories about their experiences navigating equity work and pursuing a Just label.
