At the heart of the graduate housing community is a welcoming public plaza, flanked by the retail pavilion (seen in previous image) and community center visible here. Behind, a warm wood façade highlights one of six pedestrian portals that invite residents into internal courtyards, provide connectivity between the buildings’ residential wings, and offer woodland vistas from the bridges above. When complete, the residential community will accommodate more than 600 students in apartment style homes ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, and diverse amenities indoors and out.
