Daniel Swaab

With over 25 years of experience, Daniel has been involved in the planning and design of a variety of commercial, retail, residential, institutional and hospitality projects. Working from schematic design through construction administration, his diversified experience includes project architect on University of Washington’s Terry and Maple Halls as well as project manager on Heartline, a mixed-use, highrise residential project in Portland, Oregon. Daniel brings with him residential experience ranging from high-end, multi-unit condominium projects to wood framed student housing for independent and public schools. Daniel is one of Mithun’s senior technical architects and his experience with large complex projects makes him a valued team member.
