Evan is a keen problem-solver known for his skill at leading complex renovations for civic and higher education institutions, including successful projects within historic structures and buildings with ongoing operations during construction. Recent efforts include the award-winning ARTS at King Street Station, and multiple academic building renovations for the University of Washington.

Evan brings sixteen years of practice to his role as project manager, serving as the primary point-of-contact directing project schedules, integrated team workflow and project development through all phases of work. He is praised for his strong communication skills and ability to bring the right people to the table to achieve timely decisions. Serving on design and neighborhood boards, Evan also brings these insights to support vibrant communities and improve our shared environment.
