Lynn is a well-rounded, team leader and project manager with more than 24 years of extensive and diverse experience. Her portfolio contains a wide breadth of project types including student housing, hospitality, workplace, civic, and multifamily housing. She has worked on projects ranging from large scale ground up projects to master planning, historical renovations, and tenant improvement work.

As a skilled listener and collaborator, Lynn is adept at leading large teams with complex building and site programs. She champions a participatory integrated process to produce compelling design solutions that balance aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Internally, Lynn is a leader within Mithun’s Human Resources team, managing staffing and recruitment efforts and was instrumental in developing Mithun’s continuing education program and AIA 2030 Commitment efforts.
