Malcolm specializes in project management and the technical and logistical aspects of construction, and in coordinating large project teams. Malcolm regularly manages the design and construction administration of high density multifamily housing projects, including the 150-unit, mixed-use apartment building at 1180 4th Street in San Francisco; the 105-unit, modular Maceo May apartment building on Treasure Island; the 100-unit Fine Arts Building in Berkeley; the 83-unit, 9-story concrete apartment building at 1036 Mission Street in San Francisco; and the LEED Platinum Brower Center office building and conference center. He is a trusted mentor and resource for project teams throughout the office, and is a key member of the firm’s quality assurance program. Malcolm received his Bachelor of Architecture and M.F.A. in sculpture from Cornell University.
