Sean Cryan

Associate Principal

Sean brings 30 years of experience in project management and focuses on project delivery and daily client communications. Through his work with King County on the Brightwater Wastewater Treatment Facility and other public and institutional clients he has experience with team coordination, the facilitation of a complex project and diverse client interactions, and the assurance of the best resources for a great design experience and project outcome. His work with large projects is balanced with many small scale projects, and he combines the best practices from both project scales. He has worked with the City of Seattle, King County and the State of Washington on a series of SEPA task forces focused on climate change and adaptation, and has lectured regularly on climate issues related to development and construction.
