Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced, creative marketing manager with 5+ years of experience to join Mithun. As a member of the marketing team, you will work directly with firm leadership on marketing efforts for our multidisciplinary design firm, encompassing architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and urban planning. You will play an integral role in leading efforts, as we work to advance design for positive change.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a high volume of project pursuits and proposals in a fast-paced environment.
- Support business development activities including relationship development, lead tracking, outreach, collateral development, and event/conference coordination.
- Develop market strategy and annual marketing planning.
- Write and facilitate content development for target audiences such as award submissions and thought articles.
- Contribute as a marketing/communications team player and collaborate across disciplines and offices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry or a similar professional services environment.
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Graphic design and production experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
Nice-to-haves (but not required)
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or other CRMs, preferred.

We offer eight paid holidays, vacation accrual of two weeks per year, sick time accrual, and paid volunteer time. Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Accounts are available based on eligibility requirements. The expected range of compensation for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Actual salaries are based on experience, qualifications, internal equity and location.
