This day-long forum, generously supported by ULI Foundation Governor Randall Lewis, will tackle a variety of health and social equity issues through the lens of Bay Area speakers and projects.
Join Mithun partners Malcolm Harris and Erin Christensen Ishizaki for “A Virtual Tour of 1180 Fourth Street” to learn about the award-winning 150-unit affordable housing development located in San Francisco’s Mission Bay South neighborhood. The session incorporates tour footage and live panel discussion exploring features of the neighborhood, architecture and spaces of 1180 Fourth Street that support health and well-being for residents. Erin will provide additional insight regarding national benchmarks for health and opportunities for enhancing health in every community.
Rod Roche of G&M Realty Ventures will provide introductory perspective on housing and development in the Bay Area. Owen Kennerly of Kennerly Architecture and Planning will co-present the virtual tour with Malcolm and Erin.
